We’re currently hiring for:

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Vera Path is seeking an OT to help lead the way in our trauma-informed, sensory-friendly pediatric clinic. Here, regulation and connection come first, and your creativity matters. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to provide thoughtful, play-based care in a peaceful, spa-like setting.

About the Role:

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans

• Support fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, reflex integration, and emotional regulation

• Coach families on tools for home carryover

• Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and RBTs in a whole-child approach

• Maintain Medicaid/insurance-compliant documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Master's degree in OT

• Active Florida OT license

• Pediatric experience preferred

• Training or interest in sensory integration, trauma-informed care, or reflex integration

• Creative, warm, collaborative mindset
