We’re currently hiring for:
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Vera Path is seeking an OT to help lead the way in our trauma-informed, sensory-friendly pediatric clinic. Here, regulation and connection come first, and your creativity matters. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to provide thoughtful, play-based care in a peaceful, spa-like setting.
Vera Path is seeking a COTA to join our growing pediatric OT team. You’ll work alongside our Occupational Therapists to provide individualized, play-based treatment with a focus on regulation, sensory processing, functional skills, and meaningful participation.
About the Role:
Provide individualized pediatric OT treatment under the supervision of an OT
Support fine and gross motor development, sensory processing, self-care skills, and emotional regulation
Use creative, play-based approaches tailored to each child
Collaborate with OTs, PTs, PTAs, SLPs, and SLPAs in a whole-child approach
Support families with strategies for carryover outside of therapy
Maintain timely, insurance-compliant documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Active Florida COTA license
Pediatric experience preferred
Interest or experience in sensory integration, regulation, trauma-informed care, or reflex integration
Creative, warm, flexible, and collaborative approach
Someone who genuinely enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Vera Path is seeking a PTA to join our growing pediatric physical therapy team. Our approach to PT goes beyond traditional strength and motor goals. We look at the whole child, including coordination, body awareness, reflex integration, regulation, confidence, and functional movement.
About the Role:
Provide individualized pediatric PT treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist
Address strength, balance, coordination, motor planning, mobility, and functional movement
Incorporate play, movement, and regulation-focused strategies into treatment
Support reflex integration and regulation-based approaches when appropriate
Collaborate with PTs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, and SLPAs
Maintain timely, insurance-compliant documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Active Florida PTA license
Pediatric experience preferred, but the right fit and willingness to learn matter
Interest in reflex integration, nervous-system regulation, trauma-informed care, or developmental movement
Creative and comfortable adapting treatment to the individual child
Warm, collaborative, and excited to be part of a growing clinic
